Georgia Latu is an accomplished young woman who lives in Dunedin. She is the founder of her own company Pōtiki Poi. In this interview Georgia talks about the importance of upholding the prestige of poi and other artefacts such as this. She also touches on customary practices associated with poi and their efforts to reduce their carbon footprint.
